There are quite a few differences between this version and the regular The Black Series Kylo Ren
The Starkiller Base version has snow deco on the robe and the boots – the belt buckle is wider – the left hand is different – the lightsabers are different and it comes with a base to stand on

The regular released Kylo Ren came with a cross-guard lightsaber where the blade could be removed – this version comes with two different lightsaber hilts – one lit and one non-ignited
The base doesn’t have a peg – instead it has two foot prints where the figure’s boots can be placed in
Kylo Ren’s plastic cape can be taken off the figure
The soft goods robe looks good on Kylo Ren – except for the hood which stands up too much

Even though the neck is ball-jointed – the range of motion of the head is limited because the plastic cape is in the way
The belt is its own piece – but it’s not meant to be taken off the figure. Kylo Ren is able to hold the cross-guard lightsaber well in each hand
