Refund & Returns Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, management have the right to offer an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, there must be an issue with the product or it dose not match the description and stated condition grade. You are not entitle to return an item for a refund because you don’t want it any more or you changed your mind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, damaged or discounted items, protective cases, used or second hand goods, comics or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not allow Gift Card refunds or cash payouts in lieu of purchases.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
•Book with obvious signs of use
•software, or video games that have been opened.
•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned as no fault returns (changed your mind)
•Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
•NECA specific items clause, due to the classification of all NECA products as domestic consumables, no NECA item is covered by the returns policies as the manufacturer do not warranty their products against breakage. For this reason we no longer distribute NECA products and all current inventory is clearance stock not covered under ACL. If you purchase a NECA product from this site you do so noting it is a non return item, and the transaction is final. We will however take pictures of the item for our records at time of shipping to ensure the item is undamaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, via your original payment type. within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@aussiesyficollectables.com

Sale and low graded discount items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aussiesyficollectables.com and send your item to: Aussie Syfi Collectables Returns, 10 Brandy Place, Elland, NSW 2460 Australia.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Aussie Syfi Collectables Returns, PO BOX 9138 MOONNEE BEACH NSW 2450. Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed defective from the manufacturer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
