Domestic Shipping

Aussie Syfi Collectables ships to all states and territories in Australia.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following services for domestic delivery:

Australia Post
Express Post currently suspended on advice from Australia Post.

All shipping method options are detailed during checkout. Shipping fees as well as delivery estimates are shown for each shipping method.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on actual product weights and dimensions. Dimensional weight reflects how much cubic space and weight a package takes. Please ensure you choose a suitable shipping rate for your purchase noting size and weight estimations, shortages will result in an additional shipping fee being sent for settlement prior to dispatch.

Shipping fees for in stock items: The shipping fees displayed during checkout for in stock items . Please note that some items, due to their size or weight, will require a custom shipping quote at the time of shipment. This will be stated in the items’ description.

Shipping fees for Preorders: The shipping fess for an order containing a preorder item are not charged at time of purchase in the checkout cart. The fees are deferred until the items are in stock at which time you will receive a shipping invoice to have your order dispatched.

NB: We do not offer free shipping, any order placed containing a preorder item will be subject to* shipping fees to be advised at time of shipping* these fees will consist of the actual shipping fee charge to our company by the delivery service (Aust Post) and a shipping and handling fee of $2.00. No preorder can be cancelled and will not ship until shipping fess are paid.

Delivery Estimates

Your order will typically be dispatch between 7 and 10 days, but it may come sooner depending on order load and warehouse processing loads.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method displays a delivery date or date range of when a shipment can be expected for delivery.

Under normal circumstances the stated delivery day/range is accurate and provided by the postal service using empirical data. There will be a small portion of shipments that take longer. If your delivery has not arrived we suggest you check the tracking to get a package update. Please be advised that some addresses may consistently take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay, such as severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, etc.

Shipping Methods with a Guaranteed Delivery Date
We try to be as accurate as possible with our delivery estimates, however most services are not guaranteed to arrive on the date or within the date range specified. Some one and two day expedited services are guaranteed to arrive on a specific date, but must meet specific criteria to be eligible. Most express services are only feasible when shipping to major cities, if you are in remote or country areas expedited shipping will not be cost effective for you.
