Are you an avid collector of high-value collectibles? If so, we have great news for you! Our subscription-based access portal offers exclusive sales of collectible products that have been assessed as worthy by our team of graders and collectors as genuine high-value collectibles.

With your subscription fee, you'll have access to the portal from April 01 to May 30 each year, and you'll receive notifications of any newly added items. As a member, you'll have the ability to purchase store exclusive items that are visible to all customers but can only be purchased by members. This period of exclusive access to stock will usually be around three weeks, before the stock is opened for general sale. 

In addition to these benefits, we offer an automatic 5% discount on all store orders during your membership. However, please note that account sharing is prohibited, and any unusual activity will be monitored. Any detected unusual activity will result in account suspension for the rest of the subscription period.

The Pile of Loot function is only available to VIP members, this allows you to store your orders as they arrive and only pay for shipping when you want them sent. NB: there is a limit on how long we hold orders for you, see the Pile of Loot description for more details. 

As a quality organisation our shipping process grabs images of your order as it progresses through our system. In the case of your items arriving damaged we can supply these images to the courier service as evidence of the condition of your product on dispatch in support of your claim. We do not ship damaged goods unless you are actually purchasing a damaged item for opening, all stock is sight checkd for compliance by our staff on reciept, picking and dispatch. If you receive damaged items it is  100 percent attributable to shipping and all issue are to be dealt with as an insurance claim through the courier service. That is why our shipping is a little dearer because all your orders are fully insured against damage or loss.
